The benefits of kickboxing are endless. This class is a one-of-a-kind kickboxing workout for kids 7 to 12 years old. We infuse Chinese kickboxing strategies and techniques in our drills and exercises. Once your child progresses to the next level, they will join our Tournament Training program and hone their skills further.
